North Center could be getting some brand new rental apartments. A developer has proposed a six story, 62 unit apartment building on Grace Street and Ravenswood Avenue, between the CTA and Metra tracks. The building would be walking distance from grocery stores, parks and public transit but reactions from residents are mixed as some fear that the building could add to congestion and traffic issues.
