Former NBA power forward and current Miami Heat assistant coach Juwan Howard has listed his 3,000 square foot unit at the Trump Tower for just under three million big ones. Although the Trump Tower is one of Chicago's greatest contemporary structures, the interior decor of Howard's place is almost reminiscent of a suburban castle. Either way, the listing states that there has been heaps of upgrades done to the unit including motorized window treatments, the installation of a large glass wine room and a fancy lighting/sound system. The unit includes three fireplaces and two parking spaces. Howard, who originally hails from Chicago spent his career playing for numerous teams, including the Washington Wizards, Dallas Mavericks, Denver Nuggets, Orlando Magic, Houston Rockets, the Miami Heat and several others. His Trump Tower pad had previously listed in December 2012 for $3.295 million, but can now be had for $2.999 million.
