New Apartments Continuing to Sprout Near the Polish Triangle

New, 3 comments

A development that will deliver more than 40 new apartment units to the Noble Square area will soon take shape, however two existing buildings will have to give way first. Two demolition permits were recently issued for the buildings at 1515 and 1517 West Haddon Street, indicating that the proposed boutique apartment building for this location is ready to move forward. Continuing the trend of new apartments being built near the Polish Triangle, the new Brininstool + Lynch designed development will be tucked away on an angled side street and will be made up of mostly a mix of studios and one-bedroom units.

UPDATE: The developer has been issued the construction permit for the project, which indicates that the project will include a green roof, first-floor retail and parking, and is aiming for a LEED Silver rating.
