Billionaire Hedge Fund Manager Ken Griffin Lists Mag Mile Pad

Ken Griffin, the billionaire CEO of Chicago-based global asset management company Citadel, has listed his three bedroom, three bathroom condo off the Magnificent Mile for $1.4 million. Located in the Bloomingdale's building at 132 E. Delaware Place, the 2,500 square foot residence was purchased by Griffin back in 1995 for $1 million, Crain's reports. Griffin made news a couple of years ago when he purchased a full-floor Park Tower penthouse for $15 million, the priciest condo sale in Chicago history. However, Griffin still has plenty of cash to spare, as Forbes estimates his worth to be around $5.5 billion. Unfortunately, there's no photos of Griffin's Mag Mile pad, but there is a floor plan.
