Warwick International Hotels is moving forward with a new Tip Top Tap Lounge at the Allerton Hotel, but it won't be in the space of the original lounge. During the recent Chicago Architecture Foundation Open House, the Allerton's original Tip Top Tap space was one of the most popular places to see. [CAB]
