Chicago Blackhawks center and captain Jonathan Toews has just listed his penthouse condo in Lakeshore East for $2.249 million. The swanky three bedroom pad at the Regatta boasts tall ceilings, new finishes and sweet skyline and lakefront views. Toews purchased the space in 2012 for $2.05 million, but may be looking to upgrade after signing an eight year, $84 million contract extension with the Blackhawks earlier this summer. Nevertheless, this space is quite large, and also features a huge outdoor deck space with a hot tub. Two garage parking spaces are also included.
