The CTA will debut its new electric buses this evening during the rush period. The buses costs nearly twice the amount of their traditional diesel fuel brethren, however, they also do not belch out clouds of exhaust. The CTA will test out the two buses over the next year before deciding whether or not to purchase more. [Tribune]
