A larger 3,200 square foot four bedroom, three and a half bathroom unit in the same building sold exactly this same week last year for $870,000. However, this two bedroom, two bathroom unit is a bit ambitious and thinks it can fetch close to what its larger neighbor got a year ago. It hits the market this week with an $850,000 ask.
