According to a shiny new poster that the General Services Administration (GSA) has hung from the fence surrounding the plaza of the Loop's highrise federal prison, we now know that the plaza is simply getting a makeover. A couple of weeks ago, we were wondering just exactly what the heck was going on, as the entire plaza had been ripped to pieces by heavy equipment. However, thanks to this tweet, the mystery has been solved. Cased closed. Time for a slice and a cold one.
