The honcho of Chicago's Emergency Management has told the Sun Times, "If you can stay indoors. Please do so. Everyday activities may not be feasible." Indeed. The Cook County Sheriff announced that jail inmates who were scheduled for release Monday, but have no warm place to go, will be allowed to keep hanging out in jail until the outside world feel less like frozen prison.
