At Long Last The Godfrey Hotel Will Open February 1st

New, 8 comments

The Godfrey Hotel Chicago is finally nearing the end of an epically long battle to get built. Construction stalled back in 2008 (when it was still known as the Duke Miglin) and did not really get going again until a new buyer took control of the property in 2012. We now hear that the $42 million dollar project is set to open February 1. Designed by Valerio Dewalt Train architects, the finished product will be a spiffy and sleek addition to River North.
