The billionaire Nicholas Pritzker, chairman and CEO of Hyatt Corp., did indeed buy in Lucien Lagrange's new Lincoln Park 2550 in the Spring. And he's already sold the 5,175-square-foot, 13th-floor custom creation for $4.5M or $350K above the purchase price, reports the Trib's Bob Goldsborough. An astute Curbed commenter dropped a note about the unit's ties to Pritzker following our May post. It's unlikely Pritzker even spent a night here, as the flip initiated two weeks after purchase (with another few months till closing). The unfurnished space logs four beds, four-and-a-half baths, hardwoods, a media room, and three jumbo terraces. Oh, and one more thing: Michael Szymanczyk, the former chairman and CEO of Altria (can you say Philip Morris?), is the buyer. Tight circles these hot shots maintain.
