'Architect-Designed' Timber Loft Asks $300K in Printers Row

New, 7 comments

Almost everything was "architect-designed" at one point, but sometimes it pays to have a tag team. This converted industrial loft in Julius Speyer's historic Donahue Building has been recently attended to by a design pro, evident in the window frames, "espresso" hardwoods, and shiny new kitchen. Other elements look fairly routine, however, like the drywall, the bedroom, the bathroom, and even the exposed brick and timber. But let's not lose sight of what brought us here today: the $300K asking price on a 1,200-square-foot downtown condo.
