With Hubbard Place's occupancy just around the corner (October), Chicago Architecture Blog visited with leasing agents and developer Mark Segal of Habitat for a walk-through. Wade through the kitchen chatter and the tour reveals much about the building and the standard of unit finishes. Work is still underway on the garage-top amenity level as well as the roof deck and street-level approach. The 43-story, 495-unit tower's best attribute may be its relatively-unobstructed views from the 12th floor up. [Chicago Architecture Blog, previously, photo: Kevin Dickert]
