After losing about 30% of their resale value between 2008 and 2012, South Loop condos are quickly recovering. In the last year, the neighborhood's condo resales jumped 20.2%, according to a survey by Appraisal Research Counselors and reported by Crain's. That's the leading percentage increase in the city, where condo resale prices are up an average of nearly 10%. We'll see if the trend is sustainable, but, for now, go Sloop! [Crain's]
