Development Update: 1345 South Wabash

New, 2 comments

The Chicago Architecture Blog gleaned some more information on CMK Development's 1345 S Wabash, the 15-story "mini-me" to 1333 S Wabash. Reaching just over half the height of CMK's larger tower, 1345 will be built on the foundations left behind by the failed Glashaus project. The building will have 144 apartments and 90 parking spaces. It will bear considerable aesthetic likeness to the taller proposal, both by Brininstool and Lynch, but without exact duplication. CAB has more. [CAB, previously]
