A 5,200 square-foot full-floor condo has listed at the newish Superior 110, a 27-story sky blue tower in River North. It's big enough, showy enough, and pricey enough ($2.499M) to draw our attention. But that's not why we're here. A tipster pointed out a gathering of papier mache or porcelain baby dolls (hard to tell even by zooming in) huddled at one end of the den. It's art, not a crime, but that doesn't mean it enhances the staging or lets us sleep at night. Otherwise, the 11th-floor four-bed is a fine affair albeit decorated in the IKEA palette. Thankfully, the listing's name dropping of finishes and appliances attests to a higher-end product. Floors are stone and wood, all of the bedrooms are en-suite, and there are four balconies. Monthly assessments are an unpleasant $2,193, so best of luck with that.
