1886 Douglas Row w/ Intact Vintage Goodies Asks $200K

New, 1 comment

In Douglas, just south of The Gap landmark district, is a long-listed 3/3 row house that serves up some crisp vintage features. Original 1880s details include oak floors, crown moldings, two wood-burning fireplaces, and a gigantic wood-framed living room mirror. Non-original details include 20th Century technology (microwave! dishwasher!) and updated mechanicals. But the thing that generates the most mystique has to be the fisheye lens photography used to jazz up the office. Really guys? On and off the market for more than three years, this handsome dog is yours for $199,900— down from $237,700.
