Hubbard Place Hits its Stride, Tops Out in River North

New, 11 comments

With spring officially in the air, we were finally able to snap some much-needed shots of Hubbard Place in River North. The 43-story tower, designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz (SCB), has risen steadily since our last visit and is now topped out. Glass installation continues in earnest, having reached the half-way point. Rents in the 495-unit rental tower start out at around $1,600 for studios, on up to around $3,700 for two-bedrooms. Future residents will have A-list amenities at their disposal, including a sunroom lounge, deluxe media theater, landscaped dog run, an "over-the-top" fitness center, and a stunning rooftop pool. Occupancy is expected by October. We'll be back in time for the product release!
