A place known as Dunham Castle in the magical land of Wayne is on the market for $1.8M. Listed in September, the four-bed, 8,200 square-foot home sits on 15 acres and is the spitting image of an Old World castle. There's even a permit to keep horses on the premises. The structure dates to 1883 and is named Mark Dunham, founder of the historic Oak Hill Farm horse breeding operation, once spanning 2,000 acres. Urban sprawl stole any chance at such enormous acreage, but our expectations aren't the same either. The bank-owned home needs TLC and conversion back to single-family. Interested?
