A.J. Pierzynski Lands Quick Sale For Stunning LP Italianate

New, 1 comment

Former star Sox catcher and one of the most despised players in baseball A.J. Pierzynski has just closed on the sale of his Lincoln Park Italianate home, reports The Tribune's Bob Goldsborough. At least he brought good architectural taste into professional sports. The 1892 five-bed has gleaming interiors, three fireplaces, and a garage-top deck and was listed in January for $1.75M, fetching $1.675M. Piersynski paid just a little less for the place in 2006. Hey A.J., good luck finding Lincoln Park's equal in Dallas.
