It's nice to hear that "no expense was spared" in preparing this whopper for market, since it demands a lot of a buyer: $7.85M, to be precise. The five-level, 9,000 square-foot mansion has a fervor for the monumental — high ceilings, arched doorways, marble foyer, grand ballroom-like staircase, heavy chandeliers, coffered ceilings, and decadent wainscoting. The ambiance ratchets down a bit in the kitchen, although it does have a fireplace and access to a patio. Journeying to the top floor (by elevator if desired), there's a master suite and skylit atrium channeling you toward a huge roof deck. Good thing there's all this manufactured outdoor space, since no matter what you pay in the Gold Coast you're unlikely to get a proper yard.
