The Chicago Architecture Blog is addressing the peculiar portfolio of Foster Design Build. The firm has a penchant for quirky projects, from fire station conversions to a probable restoration of Bridgeport's Ramova Theater. They also took on a millon-dollar restoration of a Kenwood home that happened to border Obama's. The Lincoln Square firehouse project now underway will result in a "warm contemporary" single-family with energy efficient components.
