Ex-Blackhawk Trent Yawney, who skated two stints as defenseman and a short-lived one as head coach in 2005-06, has listed his custom-built Park Ridge colonial for $1.095M. That's $200K less than Yawney laid out for in 2005, reports celeb real estate hawk Bob Goldsborough. The 4,000 square-footer has five bedrooms, five baths, a double-height atrium and open staircase, basement lounge w/ wet bar, cheap-looking (yet likely very pricey) classical finishes. Mercifully, the home's unfurnished state keeps the gaudiness in check (click here for more listing photos). The place has been on the market for two months but uninhabited longer, as Yawney now serves as head coach of the minor league Norfolk Admirals in Virginia.
