Full-Floor Streeterville Whiteout Lists For $2.995M

New, 15 comments

A mid-floor unit in a vintage Streeterville co-op designed by Kenneth Franzheim has just arrived at market. Somewhat surprisingly we've never approached a listing in this building, probably the result of there being just 14 full-floor units and very little flux. This four-bed, four-bath, 4,400-square-foot dwelling fills the ninth floor and fills it in the most pasty manner. There is a good reason for going all white, however: as a proper art gallery setting. The hardwoods are there, just painted white like everything else. All we can say is it's a good thing the fireplace is fueled by gas logs. The ask: $2.995M with an all-inclusive assessment of $5,891/month.
