Morgante-Wilson is leading the trend toward at-home sports courts in boutique new home construction. Enough so that a lifestyle piece in today's Crain's is touting the home court as the latest luxe feature, soon to be must-have. Obviously, they're a hit with the young'uns. But their impact on resale has yet to be measured. It helps that, according to Morgante-Wilson co-principal Fred Wilson, courts can avoid being added to assessed square footage by being partially underground.
