If you're not the Sunday morning TV type, you probably missed CBS' short video segment on unobstructed view penthouse living. The blurb builds anticipation with a visit to a vintage 17th floor unit at Belmont Harbor with several balconies and Wrigley sight lines. Then it gets to the crux of the matter: the 14,260-square-foot Trump Tower penthouse, still listed for $32M. Broker Chezi Rafaeli maintains it's a bargain price for owning the highest residence in the Western Hemisphere (some of us just need to brag). First carved out for The Donald himself, the partly-raw space has 16-foot ceilings throughout and views nearly to Milwaukee. It's true this place would probably eclipse $100M in NYC, but NYC is a bad role model. [CBS, previously]
