Ryne Sandberg has unloaded his Streeterville co-op for $580K, reports The Tribune's Bob Goldsborough. Sandberg listed the sporty but subdued 2,500-square-foot three-bed almost exactly a year ago, for $650K. The Cubs were as good for Sandberg's playing career as they were lousy for his coaching career, spending three years in the Cubs' farm system and failing in bids for the head coaching gig. Now a third-base coach for the Phillies and an offseason resident of Phoenix, Sandberg is saying goodbye to Chicago real estate. [Trib, previously]
