Hefty Queen Anne Row Home Lists For $1.4M in Lincoln Park

New, 6 comments

You'd have to travel as far as the attached neighboring home to find a Queen Anne as marvelous as this one. Tough being a twin. That doesn't mean it's not one of the more attractive houses to hit the market in recent memory. Built as a 5-bed in 1887, the 3/2 row home is "easily converted back to 5-bed if needed." But then you'd lose the full-floor master suite, drowned in red. It has not one but two built-in seating areas, a fireplace, and a walk-in closet. The other living spaces are all very different, with ceiling beams, exposed brick, and old hardwood floors predominating on the second level and newer, cleaner finishes consuming the first. All in all, the place is in excellent condition. And it pulls no punches with a $1.4M ask.
