A boutique apartment proposal too large and too displacing to be called infill but too integrated to be singled out as a game changer has been articulated for 1515-1517 W Haddon Street near Ashland & Milwaukee. The 42-unit construction of mostly studios and one-beds, by developer Mark Sutherland and architect Brininstool + Lynch, would wedge into a curved mini-block running between the two avenues and replacing two small buildings.
