Curbed gives its unequivocal support to this 25th floor 2/2 unit as the face of Astor. The 1,600-square-footer has irrepressible city views, a sleek kitchen, marble baths, and—most crucially—a master bedroom with a mirror ceiling and one mirror wall. Could be it just makes doing your nails and makeup in bed a little easier, but we suspect not. And, hey, there's no denying it makes a relatively small room feel much larger. Oddly, this condo's been on and off the market since 2007 with a starting price of $700K and a current ask of $550K. Assessments are an onerous $1,530/month.
