The top floor offering looks like an abandoned warehouse hoisted atop a luxury condo building, but naturally you're expected to look beyond the crud and focus on possibility. Aiding in this are the 12-18' ceilings, wraparound windows, and 660 square feet of private south & east facing terrace. And while these are the residences, they're still manned by "world-famous Ritz-Carlton management and staff." The asking price is a shock for totally raw space. Take, for instance, the nearby Park Tower penthouse sale from November 2012— it sold for $15M but in a finished state and with an extra 2,000 square feet.
