A follow-up development meeting for the 10-story condo proposal at Green & Jackson elicited a startling absence of antagonisms from neighbors. Could it be NIBMYs are on the decline? Nope, it's just the plain fact that developer F4 Consulting will built 200 garage parking spaces and only 60 residential units. The extreme ratio is meant to "alleviate" the loss of a surface lot at 200 S Green and then some— a most welcome gesture to car-happy West Loopers.
