John Ronan's 151 North Franklin Gets Its Close-Up

New, 11 comments

Curbed has more looks to share of the proposed tower at Franklin & Randolph from developer John Buck and architect John Ronan. They come courtesy of a pair of video animations (here and here, via Skyscraper Page) marketing the 30-story building to Class-A office tenants. Previously, we'd shown a single contextual nighttime shot of the building. Today's batch of close-ups show a billowy structure searching for new ground within a played-out form. To this end, Ronan does some nifty things with the lobby's winding multiple levels, in the almost invisible elevator bays, and with exterior greenery and landscaping (including a classy roof deck). The proposal would seem to be gaining momentum, but it's still just a proposal. Stay tuned for more!
