When it comes to presidential libraries, it seems everyone suddenly wants more Obama in their life. UIC is the latest institution to rally for rights to the coveted tourist destination, to be built after President Obama's tenure. The school is considering at least five campus sites, reports the Trib. Says UIC Chancellor Paula Allen-Meares: "Our candidacy follows the recommendation of a task force of deans, administrators and outside advisers who agreed that UIC's diversity, research, outreach and central location make it uniquely appropriate for the library and museum honoring President Obama's legacy."
