That big, bad auction of Michael Jordan's 56,000-square-foot mansion and adjoining acreage is coming down the pike. The auction goes live Friday, reports the Tribune, and no minimum bid is set although a $250K entry deposit keeps the riffraff out. The terrifically gaudy estate, littered with vestiges of sports dominance, failed to find a buyer on the open market after starting at $29M and receding to $21M. The annual tax bill on the property alone is $178K. Stay tuned! [Trib, previously]
