Retrofit One, the first recognizable outlay of Mayor Rahm Emanuel's much-touted Infrastructure Trust, rides into action today. Crain's reports that the $27.5M package will retrofit City Hall, the Chicago Cultural Center, and dozens of libraries, police stations, and other municipal buildings with energy-efficient technology.
