Crain's is reporting that a pied-a-terre once utilized by billionaire Joe Mansueto's parents has listed at 950 N Michigan Avenue. Mansueto is the founder of Chicago-based investment research firm Morningstar Inc. and many will recognize his name as that attached to U of C's new library. Mansueto's parents are recently deceased, and so he's releasing the quirky 2,350-square-foot two-bed to interested buyers. Who needs a silly condo when you're about to build a multi-lot Lincoln Park mansion. [Crain's, listing, previously, previously]
