The approved plans for a South Loop British School and parklet constructed on 2.2 acres of vacant land behind Roosevelt Collection are on hold for another year, reports Gazette Chicago. The school would've opened for the 2014-15 school year but now targets 2015-16 on account of a merger between the British School's parent company and another chain of international private schools. Indications are that the new leadership will work with McCaffery Interests to see the development through. [Gazette Chicago, previously]
