Usually when a developer puts "park" in a luxury project's name they're not intending an association with "parking garage". That's what Wrigleyville may come to presume with Addison Park on Clark, slated to provide 148 apartments, lots of retail space, and 493 parking spaces pending full city approval. M & R Development isn't backing off the extreme parking provision despite a local petition to have it drastically reduced, arguing, along with Ald. Tom Tunney, that the area needs more parking and that Wrigley is essentially an "unparked stadium". [DNAinfo, previously]
