A Jerry Reinsdorf-helmed plan for 52 one- and two-bed market rate apartments has its construction permit, exposed by Skyscraper Page's (SSP) Marothisu. Operating under Warren Land LLC, the development has already broken ground at Warren & Ashland near Union Park as other SSP commenters have observed. The building will be four stories and all-residential, thanks to a zoning amendment, and there will be one parking space per unit. The architect is Jay Keller of Space Architects + Planners, the firm behind some pretty cool build outs including Lincoln Square's Half Acre taproom.
