Landlord Advisor, a new player in the apartment search and review scene, is debuting in beta. The startup offers mainstream search applications, but also facilitates tenant and landlord reviews of listed properties in an effort to "increase transparency in the rental process and help tenants rent with confidence." Landlord Advisor also gears services to property managers, with document downloads, secure tenant screening, and the ability to syndicate listings on other sites.
