Twenty-four units of affordable senior housing and a much-needed grocery opened to the Bronzeville community on Wednesday. Constituting phase one of a Paul G. Stewart Center expansion, with 286 more units in the pipeline, the low-rise complex sits alongside high-rise senior housing at 40th and MLK Drive. Residents will pay 30% of household income for the new two- and three-bed apartments. As the ribbon was cut for this building, ground was broken on the development's second phase. [DNAinfo, Paul G.
