Chicago Mag's Dennis Rodkin is doing his part to amplify interest in Pullman real estate. Rodkin carted his usual video tour around to five different row house listings in the old 1880s company town. Turns out we've written about a couple of these before (here and here). At least three could use considerable work but their prices reflect that, which only helps make the case (along with historic tax credits) for greater rehabilitative investment.
