"Just because a building is taller does not mean it is greener or better than a shorter one. Density is achieved by increasing population size, and that can be accomplished without 22 stories. A shorter building, with family-occupied units does more to increase density and provides a broader market for businesses than simply building 22 stories of 1-2 bedroom units occupied by single people." —Anon [Neighbor Beefs: West Loop Apartment Plan]
