"If anything, the only real problem I have with various renovation proposals the Cubs have offered is their attempt to use tax dollars not to cover "renovations" but instead to subsidize bars, restaurants, and gift shops to compete with the neighborhood small-businesses in Wrigleyville. I'm also not a puritan when it comes to historic preservation. I honestly do not care sort of aesthetic changes the Cubs organization make to the insides of Wrigley - only the exteriors, because it is the exteriors that fall into the vague realm of "community space" and therein lies the problem with landmark fascists." —Anon [Proposed Wrigley Field Renovations Hit The Scene]
