Brendan Reilly (42nd), the Chicago Plan Commission is set to vote next Thursday on the $1 billion, three-tower scheme planned for Wolf Point. As you may recall, the delays stemmed from Reilly's dismay over unexpected, last-minute changes to the project by developer Hines Interests.
