Noble Square's towering 110-year-old Saint Boniface Church has won another short term reprieve from the threat of demolition. And the wrinkle this time around is that a new developer has taken over the property. According to Our Urban Times, Carefree Development says it will stabilize the structure and follow through on some sort of plan for senior housing.
