Based on the other unit we previously spotlighted in the building, we naturally figured this place would also be rockin' the vintage decor. Instead, the sprawling duplex has been transformed by what the brokerbabble describes as a "zen-inspired renovation." We get it: minimal living room, high ceilings, open floorplan, sculptures, translucent sliding doors, and tremendous views of the lake. So where are all the sitting cushions? The 5,000-square foot "entertainer's dream" also scores a Bulthaup kitchen, wine cellar, media room, and a two-car garage. Oh, and it sold for $4.5M in 2007 so it's got a good shot at going big.
