Guess The Rent On This Stylishly Cushy Andersonville SF

New, 5 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a property listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Monday we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 100-year-old 4/2.5 in Andersonville with 2 porches, yard
Size: Roughly 2,000 square feet
The Ask: ?

Kinda seems like a catalogue called the shots on the sharp interiors of this Andersonville abode. Its got those mildly obnoxious draping lamps, goofy designer furniture, and crisp hardwoods throughout. The house asserts some older contrivances to the benefit of its interiors, like the living room's bowed out windows, the enclosed porch, and second-floor cathedral ceilings. There's also a sizable and very private backyard and a basement library/family room (someone should mention humidity). The place last sold for $565K in 2010, but bear in mind the remodeling. Take your best shot at the rental ask, dear, dear readers.
